There are two ways you can go about having a casual stall at Blacktown Markets;

First in, best dressed

• Queue up along Cricketers Arms Road
• Enter from 7am
• Enter through the left hand lane
• Your vehicle stays with your stall
• $43 for a standard stall – approx 5.5m by 4m (suitable for regular cars/vans)
• $58 for a large stall – approx 8m by 4m (suitable for cars with trailers/trucks)

Book a stall

• Skip the queue
• Enter from 6:45am
• Enter through the express lane (the right hand lane)
• Your vehicle stays with your stall
• $49 for a standard stall – approx 5.5m by 4m (suitable for regular cars/vans)
• $64 for a large stall – approx 8m by 4m (suitable for cars with trailers/trucks)

Table Hire

• $5 hire fee per table
• $5 deposit per table

Marquee Hire

• $10 hire fee per marquee
• $10 deposit per marquee

Rain Checks

If it happens to rain on the day and you decide;

• You’d like to leave before 9am, you will be offered a full rain check. The next time you attend Blacktown Markets (within 12 months) the rent will be free.
• You’d like to leave before 10am, you will be offered a half price rain check. The next time you attend Blacktown Markets (within 12 months) the rent will be half price.
• You’d like to continue trading after 10am, there will be no rain checks of any sort offered.

Post your goods online

Before or between having a stall at Blacktown Markets, why not post your goods on the Blacktown Markets Classifieds, it’s free!

Other information

• Unfortunately Blacktown Markets can not allow casual stallholders to choose where they set up their stall. Blacktown Markets staff will be on hand to direct casual stallholders where to set up their stalls.

• If you are planning on bringing a market gazebo/tent, please inform Blacktown Markets staff on the day.

• Casual stallholders are welcome to bring additional vehicles, free of charge, to unload stock. The additional vehicles will need to park in the customer car park after unloading.

• The market office provides cash out facilities on all major bank and credit cards (except American Express). There is a 1.5% bank fee on all transactions.

• We ask you leave your stall in a neat and tidy condition. Please fold any boxes and bag your rubbish. Please do not dump your unsold goods. Any stallholders found to be using the market as a tip may be issued with a cleaning bill.

• Blacktown Markets provides limited space for casual stallholders and can not guarantee every casual stallholder will gain entry in to the market on the day. Booking a stall or securing yourself a place in the front of the queue is your best bet on a busy day.

Prohibited items

Casual stallholders are not permitted to sell;

• Any hot food, hot coffee, cold cans of soft drink.
• Stolen goods.
• Faulty goods.
• Pirated goods.
• Replica clothing and accessories.

Getting There

Blacktown Markets is located in the Blacktown Drive-in Theatre on Cricketers Arms Road, Prospect.

If you traveling on the M4 or the Great Western Highway, take the Reservoir Road exit (a.k.a The Prospect Highway).

Cricketers Arms Road is located off Reservoir Road.
